We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in executing successful paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive growth and engagement with our target audience. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take ownership of your campaigns and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy focused on paid advertising (Google and Facebook)
- Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns to optimize performance and achieve marketing goals
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new advertising opportunities
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
- Manage ad budgets and allocate resources effectively
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI) is a plus
